One of Thailand's well-known real estate groups with more than 33 years of experience, Mr. John Young established John Young Company Limited on November 28, 1988 as a real estate agency, the first of it’s kind by a Thai businessman.

The business covers the marketing and sales management of many real estate projects such as residential condominiums, office buildings, resorts, shopping centers, and residential projects.

John Young & Young Group have grown very rapidly since 1988 and have also succeeded with 2 big projects of our own, namely Young Place Grand Le Jardin Phaholyothin 37 in 1989 and Young Place Sukhumvit 23 in 1991, located in the central business district of Sukhumvit, which is Bangkok's prime commercial district. Both projects grossed over 1.0 billion Thai Baht.
